Everything was great but your App needs to have the receipt stored.
CAN’T PRINT RECIPTS FOR EXPENSE REPORTS
The app needs to be refined. It was difficult to find my order to see if it went through and I can’t print a receipt from the receipts page. At least if the receipt was on one page I could use a screenshot but I have to scroll down three pages to get to the bottom.
Can’t sign up
Won’t let me create an account. No matter what I put in the password field, it won’t accept us.

Trying to make an order and the cart says empty after adding several items.

My points never load in this app after I cater with any of your restaurants.
Can’t add to order.
Can’t use the app if I can’t get anything to add to the cart.
Does not work in Dark Mode
The numbers to input your birthday are all blank when your phone is on dark mode.

Doesn’t process orders
Every order I’ve placed through the catering app gets cancelled. I get an order confirmation email, and then the morning of my event I get a “the system was unable to process your order” email. It does save your order, so you can call it in, but it doesn’t actually allow you to successfully order anything.

Only allows catering orders
Confused why the zupas website has online ordering, but the app only allows you to place catering orders? The app seems functional otherwise.
Why only catering?
Most restaurant apps allow for individual orders. Why not your app? I know- online ordering is available for individual orders, but only through Cafe Zupas’ website.
