This app user interface is so bad. Buttons are not visible. I have to guess where the OK button and other buttons are, blindly tapping the screen.

I ordered at 4:50pm and it is still not picked up by 6:380pm. Also, most items are not available and you have to choose other items as they can’t refund. The coffee bun which is my favorite is never available for B1T1. The staff who called me can’t hear me because of tooooo much and loud background noise in their branch. If this is the case, she should have just texted me. I’m still waiting until now. Too much waiting for 700 peso purchase **sigh

Cannot use, will delete app
Tried ordering using this app but i cannot complete the payment. It is not even telling the reason why the order cannot be completed. Not helpful. Will just go back to the more reliable grabfood.
