Just what we needed, another dedicated niche app! Limited functionality and relevance with the added bonus that it requires 3 steps to get to the QR code to track rewards. Meanwhile the staff has to interrupt their process to pull up the camera. Then comes the fun part of lining the phone up with the camera in the least intuitive setup possible. Follow this with multiple buttons to select for tip and then we finally get to pay for the experience. Bring back the old phone entry system, save staff and customers the complication when we just want your fantastic coffee.
