Cancellations no notifications
The service is getting worse and worse. I’m a subscriber, I order well in advance and the service gets cancelled by Cafu with no notice. It’s due to high demand their customer care says. Shameful service.
Fuel always unavailable
Each time I try order fuel, it is always showing unavailable…
Amazing car wash service
As above. For 75 aed this is a fantastic service for inside and outside. The car is spotless.
No bueno anymore
They either show up at the wrong time or don’t show up at all. Not what it used to be
Good service but overloaded with marketing spam
I have requested to be removed form the marketing communications but still I get messages several times a week. Also, no option for the user to disabled marketing communications in the app itself or from the company side = poor.
Increased delivery fee
Suddenly increased delivery fee from 0 to 16 AED. Sad!

New fees mean I am out!
First a service of 2.95 and I reasoned that’s only about 1.5% so it’s worth the convenience! But with the new delivery fee of AED12-16 that adds up to about 10% of fees. I, for one, am heading back to the stations. It was a great idea that was ruined by your fees.
Broken app, poor customer support
App is full of bugs and as a customer Cafu customer care blame you for the app issues around booking. If you need a reliable service the petrol station might be better. Shame.
Emergency call out that takes over an hour in Downtown Dubai
First time user. Paid extra for an emergency call out for a spare tyre change in Downtown like 5 mins from the Burj Khalifa on a Sunday evening. Waited from 7pm when it was promised 30mins max response time. After an hour of waiting and nothing from the “pilot” we cancelled and got a local garage to attend in 10 mins. Crazy how these guys market an emergency service that takes an hour + in a very central location. Unbelievably poor experience. I don’t know what would happen if you got stuck in the middle of nowhere then…

Horrible app constant issues
The app constantly has issues. Most recently, the earliest date for fuel delivery is showing 3 days into the future. When I raised this with customer care the same response: facing technical issues. VERY UNRELIABLE to use this service better to top up fuel at the station. I had loaded 500dhs to my wallet on this app I have asked for an immediate refund.

Discontinued Service in AD
unfortunately at the beginning of the application i was requesting from app for car wash every week but for a long time this discontinued the service in Abu Dhabi so i have deleted the app its not worth for me anymore as i am using another app much more reliable and accurate in their services 👍🏼
Destroyed by greed and no longer usable.
Until recently, CAFU was brilliant. You could order fuel in the app and it would usually arrive within the hour. This has now changed. You can only order fuel for many hours in the future, unless you pay extra for priority service, but that’s not available most of the time. Therefore it is now faster, easier and cheaper to go to a petrol station. It’s a shame, it was good while it lasted.

Great for fuel delivery... but
Great experience with fuel delivery and car wash so far. Was happy to see the addition of tire pressure service added finally. But they need to work on this service. I had perfectly good pressure but thought I'll try it out and they might need to top up a little. Instead five minutes into my drive I had a low pressure warning! Wish I hadn't tried the service as this really isn't a good time to have to go look for a gas station to rectify it and make it safe to drive.

Best invention ever
Since I came to Dubai this is hands down the best service for me. No more queuing at the gas station or being late for work. Ordering fuel to be delivered on your driveway so your can get up and go is invaluable. Pilots are friendly and timely.
