O app tava normal, mas a mais de 1 mês não permite que eu entre na conta. Manda notificação de falta de agua e de fatura, mas não deixa eu entrar na conta e nem recuperar senha.

Olá! Para acessar suas faturas no app, cadastre o imóvel em “Adicionar um novo imóvel” e informe o CPF do titular da conta. Conforme a LGPD, apenas o titular com CPF vinculado às faturas pode acessar os dados e o histórico do período em seu nome. Ficou com dúvida?
