About
Dusk on a high mountain ridge. The trail needs markers, and you are the one setting the stones — one at a time, onto a cairn that leans under every one you place.
Cairn is a balance-stacking puzzle with a hook you can read in one screenshot: you don't drop to match a colour, you choose WHERE across the top to set each stone. Every stone set off to one side loads weight onto that side and the whole cairn LEANS. Lean it too far and it TOPPLES — and the course is lost.
The twist that turns it from a stacking-toy into a puzzle is REACH. A stone only reaches so far past the one beneath it, so once a cairn starts to lean you cannot always simply counter it — you have to READ the lean early and set each stone to keep the moment near zero while you climb. Balance is the whole game.
Reach the waypoint's marker line and you may CAP the cairn to bank it and move up the trail. But here's the push-your-luck: every stone you set past the marker multiplies your CAIRNMARK, and each one nudges the tower closer to the topple edge with less and less reach to correct it. So you choose, every stone — CAP and bank it safe, or press on for more.
Cap a cairn and you climb. Twenty-four hand-built waypoints rise through six named stretches of trail — Trailhead, Scree Slope, Timberline, The Saddle, Granite Spine, and The Summit — each with taller markers and narrower, heavier, tippier stones.
Come back tomorrow: each new day the ridge wakes, your day-streak climbs, and a free Steady Hand is ready to re-stack a toppled cairn once, at no cost. Miss a day and the streak is forgiven, never punished. Track a 15-rung Trail Register of milestones from your first cairn to Cairnwright.
• Set stones onto a leaning cairn — no aiming a stream, just read the lean and choose the side
• Real torque: every stone's weight and offset tilts the whole tower

• Press your luck: each stone past the marker lifts your mark but tips the tower
• Twenty-four hand-built waypoints across six named stretches of trail
• A daily ridge: day-streaks and a free Steady Hand to return for
• A 15-rung Trail Register long-tail of milestones
