Ads appearing on the app
Why are there ads for Binge and Sky News appearing on the app. Hate it hate it hate it. Please get rid of the ads or I’ll get rid of my subscription and go somewhere else.

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription and it won’t let me unless I call - I only paid for an online subscription I’m not sure why I have to call to cancel something I know I want to cancel now, also it’s a long weekend. So I can’t cancel it until tomorrow.
Should be referred to the Fair Trading Authorities
If for some reason you have stop reading the downloaded paper and do something else for a few hours the download newspaper disappears and you have to download it all over again.
The updates to the app are very disappointing and don’t work.
Does anybody even read these reviews and respond to paying customers?????
This should be reference to the Fair Trading Authority as we are not getting what we paid for.

Update Function Fault
Since recent App update I now can’t open “Today’s Paper” on either an iPhone or iPad using my home internet as error message stating error in internet connection. However the internet is working fine on all other Apps. I have noticed the same issue happened 4 years ago in a previous review. I had not issue prior to App update reading the paper on iPhone or iPad using home internet. Can read the paper using home desktop computer using home internet.

Poor quality
Since the recent update I have experienced frequent freezes requiring logout and logging back in sometimes this happens back to back numerous times. Very frustrating. If not rectified soon will cancel subscription.
Unusable
Am I the only one who can’t get the app to open since the last upgrade? Getting my news elsewhere is going to have to do as no one seems to care that this is no longer functional

Since September update app won't load. Roll back to working version please
Not up to scratch
Since the update approximately 1 month ago you cannot view the pages in full due to the upper and lower task bars. When closing the iPad the last read page is lost and fast forwarded by at least ten pages and on closing the app you have to start from the beginning again. The previous version was exceptional, this one will have me cancel my subscription if not rectified quick smart.

Terrible non functioning app
I’ve had this app for two weeks after purchasing an annual subscription. Every day I’ve had to contact support to get the app to work, which it does for a day then breaks again.
Great App
I am 84 years old and I heartily recommend this app. I miss reading the actual newspaper, but this is very near as good and not as messy. Also, enjoyable as it is, the printed version is yesterday’s news today. Whereas the app is updated regularly. I am no gossiping Mandy, however it is nice to be first with the latest sometimes. Well done.

Not able to connect to server after update
Since recent update of the app, am no longer able to download today’s paper. Get error message that the app is unable to connect to the server (iPad and iPhone). No issues with connectivity and downloads enabled in wifi and 4g.

This app doesn’t seem to have a search function, so you can browse through the topics that you need.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! no support available and no accountability from the provider, locked in for a 12 month contract, and of course with the worst customer service with people who simply do not care about your problem, will not refund or grant an extension for poor service, 8 months later still no update and the same poor service. More convenient to reading yesterday’s paper than this app.

Poor quality unreliable
Work sometimes but other times it just keeps crashing or constantly updates. This is a paid subscription service but it's just unusable

Subscribed just the other day. Was able to download and read weekend paper ad that's when it started. Won't download, download icon keeps flashing. You really need to update ad fix this issue
