Still garbage
Can’t even schedule a taxi for tomorrow morning because it keeps jumping ahead to the next day and won’t allow me to set the right date. This problem seems to come and go every few versions

This app is ridiculous I had to wait 3 hours just to get a taxi to my house that was about 4 minutes away and I had kids and groceries with me do not get this app it’s useless😡😡

Wow every time I try this app I get another stupid problem with it. This time when I try booking a taxi for tomorrow morning it keeps changing the date.

I usually don't write app reviews, but this app has seriously frustrated me. When I try to set a destination, it shows "Sorry, you can't book in this area right now," and then the app crashes! No matter how many times I try, it keeps crashing, and there is absolutely no way to find the booking option. This app feels like it was made with zero thought—it provides no convenience for tourists whatsoever. Absolutely unusable! One star is the highest rating I can give.

Took two payments and then cancelled the taxis. No refund without ringing the office to dispute it.

Cabcharge did not work
Used my own personal credit card to pay. Have to do all the paperwork to get reimbursed which is very inconvenient.
Extremely rough with luggage
We were transporting our fieldwork equipment and the driver was very rough with our expensive & fragile equipment. Wouldn’t recommend.
