Love the bank, hate the app. Log in doesn’t always work, quick view hasn’t worked in months, some actions just take me to a page of coding so I have to close the app and start over

Too many passcodes/access codes, password and authentication codes make it quite complicated to log into my account.

Please Fix QuickView
QuickView has been out of order for months. All of my other banking apps, even the ones that use the same mobile banking system as this one have it available. Please fix this.
It’s Buggy and glitches out
I often have to repeatedly attempt actions. From adding recipients for e-transfers to just paying bills or getting my account balance. As of typing this, the app hasn’t been able to retrieve my account balance for 5 days. I called tech support but nobody answers their phones at Caisse.

Every single time I go to use my app it makes me log in. Which would be fine if it let me log in without giving me an error notification telling me to try again later.

This app is mediocre, Credit Union can’t seem to keep up with modern times, it crashes frequently, doesn’t let e-transfers be easily accepted, and if you try the contact us option, it’s a great option, but you’ll only get as far as a dial tone, the only way to contact my branch is to walk in the door, I’ve tried dozens of times, only way you can talk is in person, please step out of the Stone Age and update some systems

Glitchy app
App has many bugs that make using the app very frustrating. Frustration of the week the camera function to deposit would not allow to take a pic of cheques. I’ve called to complain but it seems no one wants to hear it.
Problematic
The app used to be good but now is so very slow and will not let me deposit a cheque anymore. It gets stuck and doesn’t work any longer.
Full of glitches
This app is terrible full of glitches. Stalls when found for one account to another. Problems with e deposit. You talk about it with staff and the only answer you get is « we know, there are many problems ». Trying to be a big time financial institution on a shoe string budget.

Not working well at all. Think I have had to delete and add the app at least 5x now. Very frustrating!

Although your app works well, it has been lagging with speed problems recently, esp. when trying to make a transaction go through promptly. I'm very surprised this is your first update in a year. There should be more frequent updates, especially with upgrades to our iphones. I find more frequent security updates to be very essential, especially when doing most of my banking online. Security updates should be priority, with a banking app such as yours. Thanks.
