This app is awful
It doesn’t show what’s pending, you can’t dispute any transactions or flag them. Outside of the business hours there is no way of contacting anyone either. The bank staff itself if very friendly but this app needs a massive overhaul

It’s slow and not very dependable like other banks app such as TDECU love the banks calcom but hate the app need upgrade ASAP

Very OUTDATED !!! Has no facial or thumb print recognition and does not show enough info as far as debts and remaining balance - take notes from TDECU app.
Works when it wants
Doesn’t auto sign in with facial recognition. Always making me put security info in every time , it won’t save it. Why? Our phones save all passwords automatically sign in to accounts.

Multiple times throughout the week I try and login it says I must be connected to the internet and won’t let me login.

Cal-Com has always been there for us, with excellent low rates! The staff (past and present) at all three locations are all compassionate and caring! Another awesome thing, as soon as you pay something on line, they are right on top of it, it’s denied and the fraudulent center is calling to verify the transaction along with the other 2 transactions. To make sure there are no others!

Works when it wants
This app has many issues. Doesn’t let me in account even when I be updated it.
Always said no internet connection, when obviously I’m connected to my ATT.
Frustrating to not being able to look at my account on App. Please fix the bugs in logging in.

My opinion on this app is that it is average. You have to login each time with your account number and passcode which can be time-consuming. But I like how other apps you can sign in with your fingerprint and this does not give you that option. Also I thoroughly enjoy using other banking apps that give you your account balances displayed in a widget. So if I could make any Recommendations they would be to update the look and usage of this app, fingerprint Security, & definitely a balance widget for your accounts. This bank even doesn’t offer Apple Pay which I Would like to see done. Feel they are behind and need to get up to par on this.

Need help
I appreciate the app but don’t log in enough to remember passwords. It would be nice if the app would ask you questions, send password to email, something. By the time you guess a couple times your locked out!
