Cal Plus and Apple Health now work both ways. • Meals go into Apple Health — every meal you log is written across in full detail: calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sodium and potassium. • Workouts too — workouts you log in Cal Plus appear in Apple Health as real workouts with calories burned, so your watch and your other fitness apps all see them. • Water as well — your daily hydration lands in Apple Health automatically. • Steps come back the other way — your daily step count syncs into Cal Plus, with its own chart and a daily step goal you set. • Always in step — edit or delete a meal in Cal Plus and Apple Health updates to match. No duplicates, and nothing ever counts twice against your daily goals. • Apple Watch calories counted once — if your iPhone and your Watch both recorded the same activity, your calories burned are no longer inflated. • Private and optional — sharing is off until you turn it on in Profile → Connected Apps. Only the data you choose is shared, and you can disconnect anytime. Cal Plus is also now fully translated into 14 languages. Plus bug fixes and performance improvements.
