No where on this app could I find a phone number to call for customer service. If it is on this app then maybe make it easier to find.
Right on Schedule
The Cal-Waste app is great to use when you have a busy schedule and days seem to be endless. I get a notification every week and especially when there is a holiday.
Does its job
I never miss a trash day thanks to these alerts. My neighbors always forget their cans or put the wrong ones out.. meanwhile the guy who’s house smells like a bob Marley concert somehow always remembers 😎
Cal Waste reminders help
I refer to the Cal Waste ap often to check on trash days’ pick up schedule and to be sure what I’m throwing away goes into which trash barrel.
Handy information
Very handy for information you don’t want to bother calling about: like is this recycling pickup week? Or did the holiday change the pickup day?

At first the new app had the wrong address for my house. I hope it has been corrected? Except for that error, the new app appears to be easy to use. I like the new format 😊! ……Senior Friendly 👍

I love the concept but when I enter my address to begin the app says there is a problem finding my schedule. The app gives me the option to report a problem; but I really hope to get this bug fixed sooner rather than later. Im in the process of cleaning but always seem to get mixed up :/ HELP!

App is very helpful
Who would have thought sorting your solid waste would be so complicated? The app is a tremendous help. I hope that it continues to improve. I would like that for each item input that did not have an answer was added. This app is a must have.
Great Service Always
I love having four bulk pickups every year that you get to schedule. They always put me on the calendar within a week. Occasionally if I forget to put my can out, they are great at coming back, usually next day and for a small fee. They waived my fee the first time. Just no complaints whatsoever!

Love the concept
I love the concept but when I enter my address for service the app says there is a problem finding my schedule. App gives me the option to report the problem but when I do the app completely shuts down and kicks me out so at this point the app is useless for me
Need to add payment
The app is helpful but I would really like to be able to pay my bill through the app also.
