I like this, I use it for common calculations I need and once you’ve sorted out the algebra it’s great and speeds everything up. Would like to see device syncing, but otherwise well worth 99p. Here’s a free formulae to work out if it’s best to use the car or the train/bus.
(A*2/40)*(B/100*4.55)+(A*2*.22)+(D)-C
A = miles
B = current price of Fuel
C = train/bus fare
D… car park cost

Crap
Don’t bother. An abaacus is more useful than this
Just What I Was Looking For
Great app, easy to use. Inputting formulas works well and was just what I needed. The grouping features are handy and even more than I would've needed to get by. Thanks so much!
CalcKit review
The interface is simple and straight forward and the app certainly does what you'd expect. You need some maths knowledge as you need to create a single line formula to work out whatever it is you want to work out. I use it to calculate the price of material for making a curtain. Creating the formula was tricky - I've done this on spreadsheets so knew roughly what I was doing, but condensing it into one line was a challenge. Once that's sorted, I just input the width of the window, and drop, the price, and the delivery charge, and hey presto, CalcKit applies these variables to my formula and comes up with the total price. I couldn't find a ROUNDUP feature on it - material is charged per metre or part thereof, so it does have some limitations. But generally it's pretty good.

Does what it says very well
Great application! We use CalcKit to replace a customized spreadsheet that calculates various formulas that we use every day. It is nice to be able to use my iPhone to perform these calculations while away from my desk or in a meeting.
The application is simple and easy to use allowing you to create new calculators easily any time you want from the phone.
