Poor Customer Service
I switched to Cal.com from another scheduling platform that was giving technical issues and poor service and unfortunately found cal.com to similar. I emailed service that the app was not showing all my meetings but the website was - the customer service was of no help. I understand I have the free plan but still if I have an issue I should be able to get reasonable to help to resolve it.

Needs UI overhaul
I like the web to app interface, but the app itself needs a major overhaul. Kind of lazy slop. Makes me feel less organized how it just has no sort of nesting, no actual calendar, most features don’t work yet. Worst part is, this a pretty easy build, just no effort put into it. Heck, Claude could finish this in an hour.

I’m sorry but this app makes you login every single time you open it. Defeats one of the most convenient parts of having an app in the first place. You guys need to fix this!

Loses a star for no iPad app.
It’s fine, it does what it needs to do, but there’s no iPad app. With Apple’s modern design tools, it’s pretty easy to make an app that supports both iPhone and iPad, so I really dislike seeing the iPad ignored by developers, especially an app like this. Guess I’ll just use the website on my iPad. They have a MacOS app for crying out loud.

I really like it. The only thing is I wish there was an undo button when you cancel something by accident.

The best calendar scheduling app
Very simple and easy to use. I can now manage my meeting links without a laptop.
Great app for managing bookings
I’ve been using the Cal.com Companion app to manage bookings for my small business, and it’s been very convenient. The app is clean, easy to navigate, and makes it simple to view and manage event types on the e go. Syncing with my calendar works well, and I like how fast it is compared to using the browser.
There’s still some room for improvement, like adding more settings directly in the app, but overall it’s a solid companion for scheduling and daily booking management.
