Life altering

May seem like an overstatement — but it is not. For the first time in 30 yrs I have a normal BMI. It has not been easy. It took(takes) serious commitment and discipline — but the app eliminates the guesswork. The app literally provides the real time information to allow calorie control. Counting calories is an amazing teacher— you begin to learn how to eat.

Surprisingly Accurate

I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of this app. I obsessively track my macros and this app really makes it easy. I tend to whip things together in a bowl and all I need to do is take a picture and voila!! I can now spend more time eating the food than documenting it.

I’m also a huge fan of the minimal design. Straight to the point. Just like the bowls I mix up to eat when I get home after a long day of work.
