Can’t get into account after uninstalling the app, won’t send email.

The free version runs ads so constantly you have to buy the subscription just to be able to view photos. Very annoying, but bought the sub and it’s fine now. Updated to 3 stars because you shouldn’t be forced into buying the sub from the free being so bad. Just make it subscription only

Cannot import photos into a new folder so, unless I get some reassurance and instructions, I won’t be using this app much longer.

This app is really great and helpful and it works as a calculator when I need it but I hid a video that’s 1.19 gb and I can’t open it idk if it’s a size issue or what but I need help
I used to like this
The app used to be great, but now when I go to view my photos or videos I get nonstop ads and can’t clear them so I constantly have to exit and re-enter the app. Extremely annoying

I had gotten this app a few years back, I know I had some important photos only on this app so I redownloaded it but forgot my password and can’t seem to get an option to recover or make a new password I am very upset
Great, but could use this
It’s a great app for hiding stuff but it could use being able to acc do math. It’s a bit sus if you click and the shi don’t do nothing. So that’d be an amazing improvement and would make it perfect

Adds Impeding Utilization on Android
I recommended this app to someone I know who’s currently in a DV situation. She was totally unable to utilize the app due to near constant and misleading ads telling her there are file errors and taking her to the Google play store. In 10 mins she was unable to upload a single photo.
I purchased this for myself years ago and I’m not sure if there was a flat rate to remove ads, but I have never had this issue on iOS. The excessive ads on android are shameful and defeat the purpose of downloading it.

Annoyedddd!!!!
I accidentally deleted the whole app on my phone and now I can even access back to my old photos I lost everything. The moment I downloaded it again it rested like a first time user…
Can’t get my videos and pictures back
My phone had to reset and I saved my pics and videos to their “cloud”. When I go to check none of my stuff are saved and customer service is a joke. No number to call, no nothing
Do Not Update Until This Is Fixed
I paid for the full version of this app because it worked exactly as advertised. At the time, it simply used a calculator style password to protect my private photos and videos. After updating, the app completely changed its security system by introducing iCloud and other sign in options. Once the update was installed, everything I had stored was gone.
Whether this was caused by the update or a migration issue, the result was the same, I lost access to all of my important files. There was no clear warning that updating could affect existing data, and I feel like I wasted my money paying for the premium version.
I cannot recommend paying for this app if your photos and videos are important to you. Until the developers fix this issue and provide a reliable way to recover files after updating, I would strongly advise backing up your data or avoiding the app altogether.
