I deleted the app in the hope that when I install it back I will be able to backup my locked videos and photos coz I have my email on it already

Impossible to use if you forgot your password
Literally there’s no way to reset or access or photos if you forgot your password I have research and there’s several people commenting on YouTube videos also complaining about the same issue. What pointless app

Just a question i had accidentally deleted from my photos and trash of the app if i take the premium will i be able to get the recover of the ones deleted from the trash

Unfortunately, if the photos have already been permanently deleted from the app’s Trash folder, upgrading to Premium will not recover them. Once data is deleted from the Trash, there is no recovery option available. Premium cannot restore permanently deleted data. However, you can purchase the Premium subscription so that going forward, you can sync your data to the cloud and keep a backup, which will help prevent data loss in the future. I forgot how to use the app to log in, and I may need to reset my password. Is there someone who can help me get back into the app?

Makes you watch like 10 minutes of advertisement’s every time you open the app before you can access your own pictures. Do not get this!

It’s ok
The free version runs ads so constantly you have to buy the subscription just to be able to view photos. Very annoying, but bought the sub and it’s fine now. Updated to 3 stars because you shouldn’t be forced into buying the sub from the free being so bad. Just make it subscription only

Cannot import photos into a new folder so, unless I get some reassurance and instructions, I won’t be using this app much longer.
