날짜 오류
로컬 날짜가 넘어가면 UTC로 날이 넘어가지 않아도 날짜가 넘어갑니다 수정 부탁드립니다

사용시 LOC TIME은 6/15일이여도 MEL DEFER는 UTC여야하기에 6/14기준으로(로컬타임 9시 이전) 계산되어야함
기준시간을 설정하게 만들어주시던지 UTC기준시간으로 설정해주세요

No good future for iLog use sorry
Useless if calculating UTC
App doesn’t calculate utc times automatically. It is based on the devices local clock. So if you requires a calculation based on the current UTC time then this is not the app for you.
