Numbers too small
Please make the numbers larger. They are too small to be accurately touched.

I have used this for years with no problems. When HP is selling (finally!) their own version, which is buggy and costs more, I can't understand why someone thinks this is a rip- off.
UPDATE OCTOBER 2017: Nuts! When OS 11 came out, this app stopped working. I went to the developer’s website, and it appeared moribund. No activity, no indication at all that this was not just another orphan product. So, sadly, I laid down my $25. (!!) and got the HP version, which is fine, but stupid expensive.
Now, out of nowhere, an update has appeared which seems to work fine with OS 11. Oh well.
Buy this version, it saves you money and works well, at least as far as I can tell after a short time.

Love the app — Please fix Landscape
Great app, use it all the time. When are you going to fix the landscape mode. It appears to be wrong since the IOS11 update
Nice job!
This is a very nice implemtation of our beloved 12c. I love all the extra functionality. It's a little hard for me to use though, because some of the keys aren't where I'm used to seeing them. On the iPad, I hate that the stock background flashes before switching to my chosen background. Is there any way to get rid of that? Great calculator though and I haven't noticed any other issues with it.

The best!
This is the best iPhone implementation of our favourite HP 12C calculator! Not only does it have all the features of the 12C, it also smartened it up with what a modern smartphone can offer with extra display info and conveniences. The pricing is also just right. Although I also have HP’s 15C port on my iPhone and use that for the various mundane calculations in a simplified portrait format, this one from Stone Meadow Development is my go-to for anything above that. No regret for the purchase from quite a while back and the support has been fantastic, now iOS7 updated. Can’t recommend enough!

Better than the real thing
Everything great. The only complaint I have is the enter button is below and right next to this new "undo" button. The new button is a great idea. but for someone who has used the 12c for years it is very easy to hit undo instead of enter if you are a little quick.

Nice Calculator, but no iPod Music!
Sure, it's a nice calculator that does improves on the HP 12c, but it turns off the music when you use it. It's just a calculator, for cryin' out loud.
A substantial improvement over the HP 12c
The HP 12c is a standard - these folks kept the standard and improved it dramatically. HP simply recreated their calculator on an iPhone - didn't give any thought to improving it.
In my mind, my "flagship" differentiator is the cash flow viewer/editor... if you've never tried it it's slick IMHO. It allows you to see your cash flow entries as a cash flow diagram, and edit them (including adding and deleting individual cash flows) using the visual format--with the HP you can only delete the last cash flow and to do so you have to change the value of the n-register and you can't add a cash flow in the middle of your series. If you messed up entering the cash flows, you have to start over from CFo.
Emailing results, in particular amortization tables and calculations dealing with cash flows and one-tap access to the forum's FAQ page is very helpful - these guys did it right!!

Close, but could you a few tweaks
Overall, works just like my HP12C but I wish start up was faster and inputs/assumptions included when results are emailed.
Competent business calculator but very expensive.
Calculator12 RPN is a competent business calculator but not as good as other HP-12C apps. It's very expensive for what it does and does not truly mimic a 12C. Stone Meadow has done a good job updating the application and fixing bugs.
Upgrade??
Why is it that every other upgrade changes it's ability to do a simple loan or savings interest calculation. Please fix..... I think a financial calculator should at least be able to do that. Is there a way to go back to the pre update version that could actually calculate????
It Just Works
I have been a long time user of the HP 12-c financial calculator. This application met and is now exceeding my expectations. The developer is regularly coming out with updates, making it better than the original. I have tested functions against my 12-c calculator and the application appears to give me the same results. Am very happy.

HP-12C
Where is my 12C? This alleged "upgrade" I just downloaded and installed is crap!!! If I wanted a 12 E I would have purchaced it. Don't bait and switch on me. GIVE ME BACK MY 12C!!!
Just terrible! Latest update doesn't even look like a 12c!
I'm a long time HP user (I got an HP-15c when I was 10). This is just terrible. The first version was clunky. The latest version is just a joke, it doesn't even look like the screenshot you see in iTunes page. Just take a look at, for example, i41cx+... That is emulation, not this joke.
Sound Implementation of HP 12C
Highly reasonable version and worth the money IMHO. Thanks for getting rid of the splash screen and adding the clicks. Shows a commitment to improving the product.
Not worth the money
Don't buy it. It's simply not worth the money. I waited for some improvement but the developer seems to reluctant to improve it.
Thank god there is finally 12c Classic from RML software. Even the free version (12c Lite) is better than this one. The $9.99 version is almost perfect, with a brilliant portrait mode.

1) key clicks is a must.
2) i would prefer classic 12C display fonts
3) graphics need refinement. keys should be more distinguishable.
4) too enpensive, the free app during pre 2.0 days was a much much better implementation of 12C
5) and please change the splash screen. a larger version of the icon would be much nicer.
I am confident and hopefull that the developer will refine this app soon.

Complete Ripoff
Try the free 12C Lite (excellent implementation) or the amazing $7.99 i41CXp (super powerful - financial solver In PPC rom add on) instead. This program fails basic calcs miserably (i.e. Can't solve for Interest given PV, PMT, & FV). No excuse. Developer gouged on price for much needed functionality then failed to deliver!
