voice command not working

every time i try to say launch it says i need to activate the switch. it launches fine when i push the button on the phone so i know it's connected.

Caldwell Connect

App works great with the Connect! We have had several family outings using the thrower with app control from different angles and it is a blast! Fires singles, pairs, flurries with different custom sets. Great job!

App problems

The app is the week link or the connection between app and the thrower. The voice command feature works only 20% of the time. You have to yell launch 10 times sometimes. When using the app it will go into flurry mode and throw 5 clays for no reason. The app connection errors out at least once a session some times becoming unusable
