About
View your calendar on Apple TV. Create and edit local events with dates, times, locations and notes, browse holidays and switch calendar views. Choose colors and themes for your display. Optional online features can find credited photos or historical information. With your permission, an AI event parser sends your description to OpenAI through the Calendar Play service and returns one draft event for you to review and save. Online photo matching and maps have separate controls in Settings. Sunrise and daylight times use local time-zone and region estimates. Apple TV events are stored locally; system calendar, Google Calendar, iCloud sync and weather forecasts are not part of the Apple TV release.

Events now save reliably across relaunches, with visible recovery options when a save fails. Edit dates and times with the TV controls, review AI event drafts before saving, and choose which online features may send requests. Saved photo selections retain their credits.
