Doesn’t work
Wanted to use the app, because store included a flyer in last order, and I feel terrible how much a cut seamless takes, but the app doesn’t work, it crashes when I try to enter my address
Crashes w/Apple Pay
App needs a bug fix, it crashes if you try to use Apple Pay at check out. This has happened to me several times as I forget and try to use Apple Pay—it’s still an issue on 01/20/20. Had to go back and use cc instead of Apple Pay for order to go through.
App is broken
App used to work fine, now it won’t even let me put in my address for a delivery, making it completely useless.
Go with existing behavior patterns
Don’t try to force users to use your app. Get over it and use existing channels. This is nonsense.

Lg time on order
I’ve ordered through this app twice now and both times I’ve experienced incredible lag time between my order and my confirmation. The first time almost 30 minutes and the second almost 20minutes. It is much easier and faster to order by phone or online. Both times my food took 90 minutes at least to arrive. Quite terrible on a customer service level.

Not able to check out with Chow Now
Disappointing. So hungry. It prompts me to create an account then tells me the password is incorrect when I haven't created one yet.

App works great until you check out, then it freezes. Every time.

Love the food, despise ChowNow
App is terrible: not updated for iOS 9, has a laggy UI, and is overly complicated. Searched for a location and the one that came up would not deliver to my address. Manually selected another and voila! delivery is now an option.
So then it's time to pay, and things keep getting worse. App will not accept credit cards unless you sign up for a stupid ChowNow account. Declined a newly authorized card on Apple Pay too. Wait should I try using Facebook to pay? No... who in the world uses that?!
I've used this app in the past and it wasn't this terrible. I'm not sure why it's so bad now.
Avoid this app like the plague... Just call Calexico instead--and tell them ChowNow is a steaming pile of... well, you can fill in the blank here.

Calexico hadn't even started my order by the time I arrived to pick it up. Would have been better if I just called them instead. Save yourself and don't download this app.
