Fill the whole week, fill a single day, or ask for a new set of choices if the numbers don't land where you want them. CALORIE AND MACRO GOALS A new calculator estimates your maintenance calories from your height, weight and activity level using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, then sets a daily target for losing, maintaining or gaining. Days that drift well below a healthy day are flagged quietly, and days you have planned as eating out are left alone. A MUCH LARGER RECIPE LIBRARY The catalog grew from around 1,300 recipes to more than 5,000, and all of it is now reachable from search and the planner.
