Redemptions are a bit slow
I had to email support to redeem. But the redemption did come through. I was gonna rate a 3 but upgraded to a 4 because it really is a something for nothing app.

Critical Bug preventing new users
Cannot advance past the screen “Start your 3-day Free day trial to continue”
Tried restarting the app, reinstalling the app, with no luck.
Unfortunate. A “Calgary Pokémon Go” is a great idea and was excited to use the app (though $30 a month??? $5-10 seems more appropriate

Hi Bawa, thanks for your feedback. To clarify, our app requires SMS verification before any account is created. If you did not finish onboarding, our team may have helped complete it for you, but you remain in full control. At any time, you can delete your account instantly within the app by going to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly using the live chat in our app and we’ll be happy to assist.
