A year has passed and this app has more properties and is lightning fast. Don’t be so quick to condemn. To say “not worth the download” sounds like a personal attack on a new app with very few downloads that is campaigning to grow. Get a life. Thank you

Great CA property tool
Since I’ve been using the CalHomes app, I have been impressed with how useful it is. The quick neighborhood avg tool is something I would normally have to jump around for or use multiple sites.
Another bad app
There are barely any properties listed on this app, and the app itself is really slow. Not worth the download
