Just say no!
This program is initially pitched as a benefit through pharmacy insurance. Then come the “agreements”, unless you don’t agree. At that point you lose the coverage. You WILL agree to an incredibly invasive process. You WILL use their “doctor” who likely does not even reside in your state. Everything WILL be via Zoom. You WILL get their “life coach” who is not a medical provider. You WILL use a digital cellular connected scale that you have no control over.
It is a usurpation of your doctor. You will not see your doctor. He or she is prohibited from writing a prescription for your medication.
Now for the real surprise! If you look up the corporate, you see why they are there. Save your company money. How does that work? Make a program so onerous and hyper controlling that beneficiaries just walk away.

New App is Clunky
The over all app is great, but the new changes have made it very slow and not very responsive. Makes me not want to use it every day.

Not particularly helpful
The app is fine, albeit basic. The program is useless but forced upon you by your health plan if you want to move forward with weight loss medication. You have to meet with a ‘coach,’ whom you do not really get to vet, over Zoom who provides widely available information all in the name of ‘accountability.’

Going downhill
At first it was great. It’s slow to get your refills and it feels like you aren’t actually dealing with humans. In two years I’ve had probably 4 or 5 coaches and they are all different. I’m only in the program because my insurance makes me do it to cover my meds. Lots of hoops to jump through while they play games with your body while you wait weeks to get a refill.

Not working since update 2 days ago
I used to love this app yet with the update 2 days ago, nothing works. No way to add anything, check progress, etc. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted & reinstalled the app - nothing. Beyond frustrating! Developer: if you’re reading this, please fix! (PS - it does the exact same thing on another device so it isn’t my phone.)

Update left my app unusable
Last update caused my app to stop syncing and I cannot access anything including logging out! Fix this or I’m out!

Not working
The touch interface isn’t working other than to scroll and close the app. It’s been like this since your last update.
Update makes app not work
The app was updated 2 days ago but nothing works. Can not enter tracking info or get to any tabs to get to a different screen. You can only scroll the main page but not get into anything

Needs additional features
This app is easy to use and navigate.
I wish that it had a few additional features instead of having to find other apps to use with this one. For example, I want to track my water intake with an easy click of how many oz I finish. This could be an easy water bottle that visually fills each time you click it. The settings could be adjusted so that a user can set the total amount needed each day and the oz with each click.
In addition, I would like to track meals or protein intake. I shouldn’t have to find an additional app to do this. Instead, I should be able to choose to track within the Calibrate app so that my program goals are all being looked at together in one place.
These features would definitely give a fuller picture of the whole program and having the imbedded would make this an easier process.

Glitchy
Why is this app so glitchy , I can’t click on anything in this app , it’s like the app is frozen I keep closing and going back in for it to still do the same thing . Poor quality
Pointless
The program is a joke and a waste of time and the app is trash…. The whole thing is useless. I am required to use it for my insurance, like many people have commented, and it’s a horrible system of gatekeeping life saving medication because of cost. It’s intrusive, demeaning, and fat phobic to have to PROVE that you need GLP-1 medication. People aren’t on these meds to get skinny for the Met Gala, but employers/insurance providers are treating people like we’re using these meds for vanity purposes. It is a scam to force people to jump through hoops in the hopes that they will forgo the expensive meds. I’ve been using Calibrate for a couple months now and it isn’t helpful. I was perfectly fine being monitored by my personal physician, and now I’m forced to interact with anonymous healthcare teams and unfamiliar coaches via an app or zoom. The accountability requirements aren’t even actually required, so what’s the point? Calibrate markets their program as if it is THE proven way to holistically improve your health, but this one-size-fits-all model is not helpful for everyone! Tracking and classes and whatever else they boast doesn’t work for people who are neurodivergent or have a busy/demanding lifestyle. FURTHERMORE, talking to a coach feels like a check I with your AA sponsor or something. It’s a performative check in with someone who says “what are your goals for the next 2 weeks? Make sure you drink more water!”…..ChatGPT gives better guidance than that. So, I’m infuriated not only that I’m forced to use this program, but that t’s not even actually helpful. It’s inefficient, ineffective, unproductive nonsense dressed up as a weight loss program.

Possibly the worst app and service I’ve ever used
I’ve been a customer for years. Why? I don’t know I should have quit long ago. Refills take multiple emails, tickets are closed before resolved and the app is fundamentally broken and has been for years. The favorable reviews must be fake. Reading the recent reviews shows this app and service is totally broken. After 3 years of this I finally decided to write a review. (Note-the coaches are great but the program/app/customer service are worse than your cable provider).

Great program!
My employer requires this program in order to have our insurance cover GLP 1. There is definitely a lot reading. But I enjoy learning about the nutrition and about the plan of eating; the Calibrate triangle. It makes sense to me, learning about added sugars and fiber and what to look for on packaging, nutritional values, etc. This has helped me lose 101 pounds so far I highly recommend Calibrate . people who are taking the GLP ones without some guidance and some knowledge are doing themselves a disservice. It’s an easy to follow program. LOVE LOVE IT. IT HAS HELPED CHANGED MY LIFE.

i’ve had great success on Calibrate. Having a Coach to answer to along with the scale in program has been so positive for me.
Enforced lower quality care
My employer is requiring use of this app for anyone on GLP-1 meds. Suddenly, the top-notch medical care I have had must be replaced with video-only, extremely brief sessions from someone who does not get the time to know me. I have to complete a series of multiple choice questions every day or I cannot receive my prescription. The app has so many bugs that it is difficult to use, but I must do so to get the medical care I have been getting for years without the stress of this app. The app also makes clear that it shares all kinds of data, PII, PHI, etc. with outside entities, and refusing to share is not possible.

I would not use if I didn’t have to for insurance
This has been a truly grueling & frustrating experience and I’m talking just since Jan 1 2026! I would absolutely not use this app or program if I didn’t have to in order to receive my medication through our insurance/ pbm. The app will sync beautifully with all my devices to RECEIVE data, but will not give its data from the Withings scale to your Apple health app & the blasted scale won’t even send your data to it’s own Withings app while you are enrolled in the Calibrate program. So with the Calibrate program, you collect SO MUCH FREAKING DATA every day. Your choice is to give up on all your preferred apps, or manually enter each day’s data from Calibrate. As I have been collecting my own data for almost 10 years now, I am begrudgingly doing this manually. I guess another option might be to use 2 scales and have 1 that sends data to Calibrate and another that sends to wherever the heck you want because it’s your data. 👎👎no stars really but i had to put 1 to leave review. Also, this is my first review because my experience has been so awful. Run!

Great program and Easy to Use app
New to the program but so far so good! And the app has been a great too to track my “red foods” and great place for resources! Love it! Definitely recommend!
