Decent but not error free
Usually works but tonight it got stuck twice going through a loop because they needed more time to prepare the order; kept clicking on OK and still it wouldn’t let me place the order.
Doesn't work well
Doesn't show you nearest location. Hassle to find information, payment, etc. Difficult to navigate.
Love it
I eat here at least twice a week sometimes more. Best place in town. Food is always fresh and delicious. Prices are fair as well. Highly recommend .
Problem with payment processing
I love your food and a big fan. There is a problem with an integration off Apple Pay which it doesn’t let me pay and say “update shipping address” - this has cause me countless times to not purchase at your location. Pls fix

App cant take payment correctly and has so many bugs. Unusable.
Love CCC hate the app
On EVERY SINGLE ORDER, when you select ASAP for the pick up time, by the time you go to check out there is a pop up that states they need more time to prepare the order and will not let you check out until you change the pick up to an actual time in the future. More time than what??? It’s simply “asap”. Please fix this, it’s so incredibly annoying. Especially since I’m usually ordering from the car.

Buggy app
Wheel keeps spinning like I’m trying to watch the fight on Netflix. And then Apple Pay said correct shipping address even though I’m picking up. Had to close Apple Pay twice. Then it gave me two kids meals and I only wanted one. I called to correct order and they never answered the phone.

CCC has tasty food from salads, chicken, cold sides, hot sides, delicious homemade lemonade and the service is Excellent five stars CCC
Horrible font design
This was supposed to be better? Not! Who design this? Can’t barely read anything…clicks don’t really work…food ordering made complicated! ‘Sigh’!

Shipping address bug !!
Please fix the shipping address for drive up order issue, you guys are losing out on so much money because such a trivial software bug. The one thing the app should do right it fails miserably at.I haven't ordered food from here for the last 3 weeks because it keeps saying “Update shipping address”. Whoever is responsible for the bug has probably lost you thousands of dollars

App has some bugs
App needs to fix Apple Pay issue where it asks for shipping address on a drive up Order. Also needs to fix bug where is just shows logo on app launch

Good App but the Color Scheme Choice is hard to Read Sometimes
Not so great color choice. Hard to see light blue text on a light grey background on white. Other than that it was easy to order.
Stupid app
It took me 30 minutes to place an order. This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. I wish California California chicken café will get their act together and start taking orders and how they used to.
