Can’t get into the game-no help available
Can’t even get into the game. There’s no support at all and no way to reach support. Game has been down over a month , has been uninstalled, reinstalled. Apparently this is a known issue with no fix

After years of playing, the game suddenly “can’t connect to the server”. Super sad. Fun game otherwise!

Been a long time player and enjoy the game BUT…. I also play Sarah’s Adventure. Both games really need the ability to chose the players own avatar (pic) .. not just for fun but identifies us with friends
They just want your money
I play a lot of this type of game and this one just wants your money. There are so many others that give you the energy to finish a goal. This one tried to force you to buy energy. Not worth getting.

I have not been able to get in my game for four days. Notice says failed to download. I have tried everything that was suggesting! Can’t get an answer
Game locked up on Chapter 4
I am locked up on Chapter 4 Ostrich Valley. I have cleared everything on the board that I can and still need to find old boards to fix a fence to proceed to finish the task. I have tried doing a repair and clearing mist but nothing happens.
I really like this game but if this can’t be fixed, I will not be able to continue and will have to delete it.

Hammers
I want to save everyone some time. If you run out of hammers you should go ahead and delete the game because you are finished. They make all the tasks demand so many hammers and you can’t go any further without them.
Started new game
Started a new game on my phone because I can’t access the game. I’ve been playing for three years on my iPad. I’m being patient I’m hoping I will be able to access it but it’s getting frustrating

Loved the game, played every day… until a week ago when my resources failed to load. App won’t open or allow you to contact support. Very disappointing. Will have to remove if issues cannot be fixed. 😭😭
Stopped working
Something happened and now I only get a message that it cannot download resources.
Takes too long to load
I like a California escapades because of the bright landscape in the endless adventuring, but the game takes too long to load. It cannot get past the loading page it keeps saying cannot connect to the server. And and I really really wanna play the game again again please send an update to fix it.
