No tech savvy intelligent person is going to give you their location and personal information JUST TO SEE if you have any listings, THAT is an OBVIOUS indication that you are REALLY in the business of DATA FARMING and/or you SELL USER INFORMATION TO MARKETING COMPANIES and SCAM ARTISTS
I should REPORT every dam real estate app that does this to the App Store admin because there are PLENTY of websites and apps that allow you to browse anonymously without revealing personal, contact or location information .
Home buyers don’t like or appreciate this approach. If we see a property we are interested in THEN we give that information, not the other way around!
