Great app -- but it's up and down
This is the best app, except that lately it intermittently stops working. It is definitely my go-to app for monitoring traffic conditions when I'm on the road

The app was down, but it has now been fixed. I sent an email and they responded back to let me know the issue had been resolved and the app is working again. I have used this app for many years, it's the best!

Used to be good
This app was great as a tow company we depend on this app for quick info on accidents near us. The last 3 months or so the app will randomly stop showing incidents completely not sure if it bugs out or just stops working but now is a very unreliable app I just go back to using the CHP logs online going to have my drivers delete this app

Not able to see accidents
Not able to see accidents on the app
Can’t restore purchase, app will not populate
I have tried loading and unloading app but I still cant get this app to work. When i try to filter incidents by CHP area office, no offices load. I hit the two different links to restore purchase, nothing happens. Select a highway and a pop up says the app cannot load incidents. Hit the link to report a problem and it says my mail is not set up. Maybe put an email address to correspond with in the app so when all stops working we have a way to reach someone. I loved the app but it’s unusable now. Ending subscription.

Fix
Fix the app. It sucks. Mostly always wrong or lacks information. Maybe trying talk to Google and pop at try them to fix it. Better still merge with Google Maps.
The Best at What it Does
I’ve been using this app for years, and periodically have tried other apps that claim to do the same thing however not a single one of them can do it as efficiently. There’s no bloat, you see the incident and can see the CAD details.
The cameras and other features are a bonus as well.

Quick and easy
Love how quick and easy this app makes checking on road conditions. We have passes both north and south of us, so it it is imperative to be able to check what’s really happening on the roads before we leave for trips. Click into the app, click on the camera. You’re done. Love it!
Latest update broke many things - no traffic info anymore
While it’s great to see CHP incidents translated, the new icons, and notifications, other things like showing traffic intensity are gone. The notifications don’t have a granular filter, it’s unreal how many reports of animals on the roadway are made - the flood of notifications is too much. Will cancel my subscription until the app improves again.

App Doesn’t Work Anymore
This app doesn’t work anymore and it seems Adam doesn’t want to fix it. Just take your money. Find another app to invest in.

The app no longer sends notification so there’s no reason to pay for it. I’ve tried contacting them to notify them of the issue but had no response.!

Adam, truly hope you’re okay. We used to get immediate response from you. We’ve paid for and used your App for years! But it hasn’t worked correctly for well over a year! Zero notifications. Was up and down the year prior. Yet you’re still collecting our money. Next step is filing a complaint to Apple. Honestly don’t know what else to do.

We absolutely hate writing this!!! CARR has been invaluable to our team for reporting road conditions in our mountain communities. However, we’ve sent multiple emails to support and contact with zero response and zero fixes to the app. Does anyone know another way to reach Adam to see if he’s okay?

No More Notifications
Why do we no longer receive notifications? It was great until then.
Lack service and no interest from creators
For several months we’ve been not being receiving any notifications from the app on any incidents or nothing and I have been emailing the company and they haven’t responded any of my emails therefore I do not recommend anyone to pay for a service you won’t get. They don’t even have the balls to answer
