Disastrous
I never review anything but this is so bad as is the customer service I had to warn others. Find something else. The app is really just a front end for a web browser and neither really work. Customer service seems to be offshore and they take forever to answer. Just avoid altogether. Sitting on hold right now since the chat also doesn’t work.

Bad app
This app is poorly designed and didn’t work. It just frustrated me. Also the description says they are the only app in the market when I saw two more with much more downloads and better reviews. Don’t waste your money on this app.
IPAD app needs improvement.
When attempting to log in the keyboard goes away and you have to tap the email/DL a second time to be able to type in the boxes. If you click anything but the material you have to login again in order to get back to the chapters and then click the chapter where you where. It also does not leave off in the last place you were reading. The videos take forever to load if they even do. I did not watch but one video, only because it loaded quickly. Before taking the quiz you have to answer a bunch of security questions that it tells you are wrong until you actually get one correct (by chance). Or maybe I just did not remember 4 of the questions in a row and the next quiz answered the same question with the same answer and it worked. Hmmm ? The IPAD app does not let you print. You have to login on computer to print anything to include the certificate.
The material was over all good and informative. Material is gone over and summarized before each quiz. Good stuff there.
