App constantly crashes when try to register so how am I supposed to register I tried using my info for the wic classes and it says no user found
Glitch
The app has a glitch when i try to register an account and i try to put my birth date the app glitches and goes completely off the app I tried on multiple devices it does the same thing i also tried deleting the app and downloading it back and powering off my devices it still wont work

Buggy, doesn’t work
Can’t login. Doesn’t allow me to do anything. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Now won’t even let me type to add email address. Completely useless
Scanner doesn’t work
What users most struggle with is some items aren’t wic approved even though the app says so, and holding up the line because of this frustrating and embarrassing. Being able to scan beforehand would prevent any checkout issues, so it would be nice for this feature to be fixed asap. It’s been many many months now, hire someone who knows how to fix these app issues.

The wic food scanner has never worked for me and shuts the whole app down when I go back to the main menu. And it doesn’t seem to be accurate with my allowance.

App bugs
The first time I went to use the app after setting it up it won’t connect to the server and I can’t use my app at all, I’ve tried many times, restarting everything and yes my data is working with everything else. Smh this would be useful if it would work!
Barcode scanner
Barcode scanner in app is inaccurate. I scanned a gallon of milk in the app that said approved benefits and when I went to check out was not approved by my wic. inaccurate
Can not register because of birth format useless app
Struggling with app registration, its really a headache and waste of time. Zero rating.

Brings up dob format and it does not work
App not working. Keeps saying session expired
The app won’t even let me get to the point of typing in my email or password. It says session expired and kicks me off. It doesn’t need an update. And I even tried deleting and redownloading. Horrible app.
Crashing, Crashing, Crashing
I’ve been using this app since it’s been out, never had a problem until today, logged me out and when i attempted to log in, app crashed and took me back to my home screen, attempted again and says this super log thing about my account then proceeded to say “failed to get response from server.” Can’t log in to my account. 🤷🏻♀️

Can’t register
All my info in the wic system is correct but there is a glitch with the app when registering the birthday. It will tell u to enter your birthday in (mm/dd/yyyy) format and when you do (as there isn’t an option to do it otherwise) it’ll just keep telling you that u entered the wrong format, making you unable to even register. I deleted the app and redownload and called wic to confirm they had my correct birthday and nothing can be done it’s a software error with the app

Tengo dos semanas que no me deja ingresar a mi cuenta, me borra la contraseña de mis contraseñas guardadas y al momento de querer cambiarla no me deja 😡
Loading issues
I’ve struggled to get the app to load every time I use it, sometimes I can’t even log in because the app just freezes and kicks me out! There’s no update available nor is it a internet connection problem, it’s incredibly frustrating.
