Great for managing business calls, SMS, and voicemails

I’ve been using Calilio for around two weeks to manage business calls and SMS. Call forwarding and transfers have been useful for directing customers to the right team member, while voicemail, call recording, and AI transcription make it easier to review conversations. The AI call reports and live call monitoring also provide helpful visibility into call activity. The app has worked well overall, although some controls, especially for live monitoring, could be easier to find. It covers our daily communication needs reliably, with a few areas that could still be improved.

Worst Experience

The worst customer service I've ever experienced with an app. The app is very outdated. It's very difficult to unsubscribe. To cancel subscription, you have to submit a request, and they won't respond.

On the website they say, get a free number... there's no option to get it free, only paid subscription

Terrible service

%90 of the time, their system doesn’t work. They always offer you “a free number” as a solution of their non-working system.
If I have a number and I use it in my business, why should I change it every week just because their service is not sustainable and accurate?
