Reliable second number and Great call quality

Better than our old PBX system

We used to reply on a wired PBX system, which was difficult to mange outside the office. Calilio helped us move our calls to the cloud, use VoIP calling, and manage business communication from different devices.

Happy with the features and overall experience

Calilio provides IVR which is a great features as it can automatically transfer customer calls to the related department also features like call forwarding, call greeting, hold music are some interesting features to consider. We hope we to see Calilio grow more in the near future keep it up.

Great app for managing calls remotely

We used to use wired PBX system previously . After switching to Calilio , i cna now manage business calls ans Sms remotely with my team anywhere. We now handle calls from different locations using our same business number. I highly recommend calilio for business telephony

Worst Experience

The worst customer service I've ever experienced with an app. The app is very outdated. It's very difficult to unsubscribe. To cancel subscription, you have to submit a request, and they won't respond.

On the website they say, get a free number... there's no option to get it free, only paid subscription

Terrible service

%90 of the time, their system doesn’t work. They always offer you “a free number” as a solution of their non-working system.
If I have a number and I use it in my business, why should I change it every week just because their service is not sustainable and accurate?

Do Not Use this Service!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE- calls drop and REFUND POLICY does not exist. They are not transparent with fees and charge additionally on top of service fee
