Shop didn’t receive the order
Placed an order and paid, when I go to pick up, the shop said they cannot see any order. At last I have to cancel my order.
Cheaper to just order from the shop directly
when I paid in the app, there was no saying of delivery fee is not included, and it had to be paid offline separately so twice effort of the payment. And the fee in total was more expensive than I order directly from the shop. Customer Service provides no valid explanation but just “due to technical issue”. Total disappointment.

Basically disappointing
I downloaded the app before my planned visit to the pop up store today. The app specified that the store would be closed at 9pm. To my disappointment it was closed already when I arrived at 7pm. The app didn’t notify me this. I later checked on Facebook and realised the market was closed early at 3pm. This simply doesn’t work.
