It’s seams on paper a good workout App. But when get into it there is a few glitches which make the app not as good as should be.
It tells you do do (example - 10 press ups) you then click finish and it says how many done but puts it around 20-25 reps? This is for every exercise. So you have to adjust each one in turn which takes that bit longer to do full session. And takes your mind away from actual workout.

Fail
Was great at first when I got the app. Purchase all the workouts now since the update everything is locked and it wants a subscription fee. I refuse to pay for anything twice. This is a scam. Honor the people who bought it prior to your app update.
Great exercises
Great exercises - some thing unclear in the app like how to view saves sessions. Otherwise a great app.

This app is absolutely amazing and the best part is that its free!

I am in no way averse to paying for an app or making in-app purchases, but the "details"on this app makes no reference to any "in-app-purchases" that may be required. So I download and open the app which gives access to two basic workouts and prominently features a "get the full version" button. Furthermore, there is no indication what the full version costs. Seems a bit "bait and switch" to me. Download at your own peril, I'll be deleting this on principle.

Best Workout app out there
No doubt this is the best application i've ever seen!!! At the gym or at home this is a must have!
