Buggy App

The app is buggy and not allowing me to deposit checks and when I reported it I’m told it’s an issue with my phone not the app

Never Works

This has got to be the worst app. It never works. I’ve tried multiple version on different phones. It will continuously false the authenticate my log in.

Can't login

UPDATE Apr 2015: Not sure what has been going on with the app. I haven’t been able to log into the app for months. I am able to check my account online.

2023: I have had this app on my phone. With each update I am still unable to login into my account. I have to access my account online each time just to transfer money or check the balance. Please fix this login issue. The app is useless if one cannot access their account.
