WORST APPLICATION EVER!!!
The banking app is horrendous. I recently purchased a vehicle and used HFCU to finance. Cannot create an account to access my loan. Does not recognize my member number. My wife was able to sign on eventually because they only put her name on the vehicle I suppose.
Then when we finally get access to the loan information there is guidance that claims you can set up an ACH auto draft with an external bank routing number and account. However, no where on the site does it provide a place to actually do this.
Frustrating!!!!

mentality With eyes off primary purpose of a banking institution. My deposit was delayed three days . Your poor regular customers. They don’t realise the distain and contempt your organisation for its customers.

I have to turn off my vpn to use it.
It’s useful and convenient for when I need to make quick transfers or check my balances.
They have certain ip addresses blacklisted, I think. If connected to a vpn, you will get a html error. You just need to disconnect from the vpn for however much time you plan to use the app. It took me a little while to realize why I was getting the errors, so I hope that it can help others by sharing how I solved it :)
