This app has sucked for years
I have been wanting to write this reviews for a long time because this app has frustrated me to an unthinkable extent everytime I use it. I genuinely despise using the C&F Bank app it NEVER EVER remembers my login info or any of my settings, I will turn on Face ID and it immediately breaks the next time I try to login. I also can’t just type in my login info because it denies it and has some sort of server error EVERYTIME. I end up having to reset my password whenever I want to login and of course the password can’t be a previously used password. the UI is dated and sucks. I’ve been waiting for years for this app to improve and it has continuously let me down and frustrated me. I recently just added the C&F bank website to my Home Screen just to avoid using the app but I shouldn’t have to do that.

Having trouble with app also
I really love the availability of accessibility of the app.
Update this morning, I did delete the app and then reload the app and try logging in again and that did seem to work so whatever the issue was it seems to have resolved itself thank you so much But I would have to agree. I have had some difficulty especially over the last four weeks. Login through the app it keeps coming back with an issue. However, I can login on the website just fine.

Bank officers
I love being on a first name basis, when I need to go into the bank, it’s like seeing good friends.
Randomly locks you out
This app will randomly lock you out from online access. You have to call the bank about every other month to get your account unlocked. They seem to have no desire to update the system.
