Randomly locks you out
This app will randomly lock you out from online access. You have to call the bank about every other month to get your account unlocked. They seem to have no desire to update the system.

App Not Functioning Properly
I’ve been using the Citizens and Farmers (C&F) banking app for quite some time now, and unfortunately, for the past several months, the app has consistently failed to function properly. As a customer who relies on online banking for daily transactions, this has been incredibly frustrating.
First and foremost, the app frequently crashes or freezes, preventing me from completing basic tasks such as checking my account balance, transferring funds, or depositing checks. On several occasions, I’ve been unable to log in, receiving vague error messages with no clear solution. This unreliability has left me anxious, especially when trying to manage my finances on the go.
What’s even more disappointing is the lack of communication and timely updates from the bank regarding these issues. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, the problems persist with no clear resolution or timeline for improvements. A banking app should be convenient and reliable, but this one has consistently fallen short of both expectations.
For a company like Citizens and Farmers Bank, it’s critical to have a functioning and dependable app. In today’s digital age, customers need the assurance that they can access their accounts anytime, anywhere, without constant disruptions. Until these issues are resolved, I can’t confidently recommend this app to others.

Easy access and secure
Love the customer service both inside the bank from their associates and on the app!
Never remembers your approved login settings
This app NEVER remembers when you’ve already signed in and enabled Face ID. For the last few weeks, it has refused to allow me to sign in with Face ID. The app claims I have to enable Face ID after signing in on my decoder (which I always access from my iPhone and keep wasting my time enabling Face ID after each manual login) but it throws the same error again and again and again. Fix it.

I have nothing but good things to say about C&F Bank. As a Senior Citizen I’ve been with several different banks, however This Branch Is The Best I’ve Ever Used.
Login trouble
Unfortunately have to reset my password 3-5 times every month just to be able to use app. All updates on phone and app are always up to date however app seems to always have technical difficulties.
This rocks
I need to manage several accounts and I live handling this in my phone. I’m a 31-year C and F customer and “ I ain’t MOVIN!”

Just one thing
Could yall add a feature to update account information; like address or phone number? That would be reaaaally helpful! App is great tho.
App won’t let me log in
I use to have an android phone but I switched over to apple and ever since I haven’t been able to get Into my mobile banking app except for only a few times. I find this very inconvenient, please try to figure out why on the iOS update 14.7, that you can’t sign in to mobile banking.

Horrible Banking App
Had to reinstall because it locked up on my iPhone 12 Pro and once it finished installing it doesn’t load and is stuck on the C&F green screen before you log in. Just a terrible app.
Touch ID broken
Please fix the Touch ID. It was broken during a version update.
Best bank ever!
C&F bank is and has been the best bank I have banked with. Keep doing what you’re doing and I will never go to another bank.
Can not open app
I updated my app and now no matter what I do I can’t open it starts to open then just right back to my home screen.
App is nice but broken
