COD review
I love the idea of this app and I only have black ops 3 and call of duty 2.0 so when I got this J thought it was also for 2.0 and when I got it it still doesn’t have 2.0 so that is one reason why it’s a 1 star review because it hasn’t even had a update for so long at this point I don’t believe there is a new update but almost all the one star reviews are the same all they say is it’s a one star because they don’t have 2.0 on it yet then make your own app like it’s not a big deal just wait. The whole idea of the app sounds amazing but it is really actually good it tells you when your friends are on and everything that is what I mostly like but still I’m a little mad on how they did not update there app. There last update was literally at 2022. In my opinion it’s good but it doesn’t have the newest games and it might at some point that’s really all but what is so annoying is that most of the one star reviews are talking about COD 2.0 and COD is bad. That is really It.

Authenticator app
I’m sure the app is great when it works…. Tried signing in with a call of duty account first, then with my Xbox account. Then it asked to confirm using an Authenticator app. (I don’t have one?) I hit the “need help?” Button but it didn’t do anything, classic. So I am unable to use the app. But I bet it’s great!
Edit: eventually managed to get in. Now it says there is no data for my account. (But i can see that it is successfully linked to my Xbox live account, so this makes no sense). So the app remains unusable. Very frustrating. I can’t even edit my mobile number from the mobile website because the Save button doesn’t respond. Hey activision, maybe invest more money into this app (or the game itself which crashes all the time), and less money into your precious battle pass, please.

Lame game
Can y’all not manage to update and keep a phone app running for more than a year? This app lost all its support. None of the pages load. MW2 has been out for months and still no support from the app. What’s the point? You publish unfinished games with thousands of bugs. No ranked play. No stats tracker. Social menu is bugged for the third game in a row. Seriously what are y’all doing with all the money? COD has fallen down such a steep slope. It’s no wonder people flock to other games. Can’t even run a CDL league because the devs don’t give a f about competitive play. SBMM ruins the experience for casual players more than being in a lobby of high ranked players. But atleast we have prox chat in wz. What a joke.

Terrible support
Activision might have the worst support in gaming. It’s impossible to get ahold of an actual person to help you. I’ve tried for over a year to get someone to help me. I recently submitted a hacking request to regain access to my account. I wasn’t hacked but I thought that this way I could regain access to my account. I know there is backup codes. I share the email address with family and someone in my family deleted them. Ever since I put in the google Authenticator 2 factor. I do not have access to my account. For whatever reason when I use the google Authenticator and put the codes into my activision account it does not work. I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried everything to get access to my account but nothing has worked. It floors me how a billion dollar company had the worst customer support. I just hope I don’t get logged out of my account because I would lose all the stuff I have purchased over the years. I wish I could go lower than one star but yeah I can’t. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION AND MAKE SURE YOU SAVE YOUR BACK UP CODES. If you do not, you are screwed like me.

Almost perfect, but with a fatal flaw
This is a great app and has been very fun to use while I was collecting camos last year! There is only one flaw, as I see it, but it is like the UI equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. Under the “Player” tab, you can see a daily tracking graph, which gives your total kills and deaths for each day. You can tap the graph to show the specific numbers for a particular day. That all makes sense, and is good information for comparisons across time. But when you tap the graph to see your K/D for a particular day, this information appears in a box right under wherever your finger is. So it’s really difficult to actually read your stats by interacting with the graph. Maybe just tapping the graph could bring up the stats box, and tapping again could make it vanish; this press and hold situation has got to go. This is worth two full stars to me as a developer but otherwise the app is a pleasure to use!

Locked out
Been locked out of my app to where I can’t access it. I’ve changed my password multiple times. I’ve deleted app and re-downloaded multiple times. Every time I tried contacting activision about the problem. They basically send me a “no reply” email saying it’s basically not their fault. Can’t get help for the app at all and would like access to this app. Tried signing in through PlayStation and same thing. Noticed problems when I activated 2 factor authentication. I’m unable to turn off 2 factor authentication no matter if I delete the app or go to settings and try turning off. Been unable to access my account for over a month. I would like access to my account. This is so frustrating. Please, if you’re reading this, help me resolve the issue.

2FA Issues with Activision
2FA was supposed to keep our accounts safe. Unfortunately, Activision (both the main website as well as the CoD app) has been inaccessible to me for the past year even though I have the Authenticator as well as it being paired properly (went from working to log in to not working almost overnight). I’ve tried my back up codes. No luck there either. I’ve even tried logging in through Xbox. No luck there either. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Activision support regarding this issue over the past year and they apparently just ignore the messages on Twitter and anywhere else they are contacted. I’ve got my back up codes but what is the point of backup codes if none of the codes work, even the backups? At this point I’m just going to stop buying any Activision game (including non-CoD games) or content (including all in-game store items) until Activision takes care of this issue. I’m also going to stop streaming it the 2 times a week it’s scheduled for. I’m also going to continue explaining to my viewers why I’m not going to be streaming it for the foreseeable future. I’m done with Activision’s ******** FIX THE 2FA OR REMOVE IT. It’s been a ******* YEAR.

Awesome app, could be better
I really like this app! However, I think it would be awesome if I could look at my progression on achievements. See how I’m coming with unlocking gold and Diamond camos. I also wish I could look at a more comprehensive review of my career statistics. See how many kills I have with what weapons. Furthermore, I would love to shop in the store and buy skins on the app and then claim them when I log in to the game next. Don’t get me wrong, the app is way cool and shows and offers great information, I just would like to see them expand on this already awesome app!!

iOS update
With the new iOS 15 update my app is saying it’s having a problem loading my info. Before it worked just fine, kept up to date stats and was fast loading. It always worked. Now I’d be lucky to load my profile. I love this app, it gives all the stats a nerd would love. Heat maps, intel, guides, career overall stats, it’s amazing. It even gives you an XP token once a week for free just by opening the app. I’ve racked up quite a bit just from that. Hope you can resolve this issue with loading, I can’t use it if it doesn’t load. Keep up the good work.

Semi-perfect
The app works wonders honestly. Simple UI, easy to navigate, etc. I appreciate that it tracks pretty much every aspect of my gaming session. You can see where you die the most on the map and where your kills show up most along with where your team dies and gets their kills. Perfect for seeing what you do wrong and what you’re right in each situation. Perfect for anyone who likes being analytical and competitive.
The reason this app gets 4 stars although it’s such a quality app is because you can’t see all of your matches played. You can only view the most recent ones or the best preforming matches. Would love if I could see all of my matches from start of my time playing at 0Hrs to now and track my progression along the way.
Another reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is because I cannot buy COD points through this app but I can buy bundles and the battle pass. Just seems illogical that can spend my existing COD points through the app but cannot buy more through it as well.

I’ve been playing Call of Duty for 10 to 11 years and I love it. however past few years has gotten real bad specially this year.
All the cheating, I wish it would stop.
I wish Activision etc. COD would put a cheating software on there so people cannot cheat. There should be severe punishment for cheating.
People like me love the Games and I think I speak for the majority of us gamers and we feel like we’re being robbed from our money and the enjoyment that we get from
playing these games and you’re really causing a lot of people to stress out and that’s not right. Activision etc. COD need to step up and make it right for all of us gamers that enjoy the game.
I have almost all the games of COD games and I hate to leave but I feel that I’m being taken advantage of we spend a lot of money on this stuff to play and throughout the year on these games and we’re all feeling robbed so I hope you do the right thing and turn this around because it would be sad to see you go. Call of Duty Warzone
I use the app quite frequently however theres a couple tweaks that I would make with navigating and custom accessibility based on the individual. Im usually looking over my individual stats or the teams or overall game etc. The social/friends tab Is a little confusing to read. Basically the app itself can be a lil roundabout if your not familiar or know what you are wanting to look up. It would be cool to lookup individual game stats and have a quick link to forums or whatever the player needs to improve on can have a quick link to the maps or patch notes.

Not a happy gamer
I do enjoy the app for the basic stat viewing and seeing if friends are online cross platform. However my account was stolen and the person changed my email and password so I can't play but I'm still logged into the app and can see the person's gamer tag and match history. I reported it to activision online but haven't heard anything in days. It's sad because I purchased the game on Ps4 and then again on PC along with battle passes etc. I feel like the response time for this should be much much quicker and I even see reports of people not getting any response. I know this is not app related but at this point I'm hoping someone will see it and maybe reach out. Only other app specific feedback I can mention is maybe learn from games like Destiny that allow you to modify classes from within the app.

Trash COMPLETE GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF TIME. DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR PHONE
The first thing this app will do is make you set up two factor identification even though you might already have it set up and then when you try to login it will only sit there on the same screen the entire time and never let you do anything the only reason to download this app is to gift the battle pass which is about the only way you can do it and it absolutely will not let you do that this app is complete garbage and needs a complete makeover it does not work it has never worked in the past years that it’s been out. With the amount of money that Activision has this is unbelievably unacceptable completely worthless complete trash horrible job horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!

App refuses to find my psN
This app is total garbage. It won’t even allow me to connect my psn account (for which I have used the correct email and password) and it gives me this message “Sorry, we weren’t able to find any gameplay data for your account. Check your profile to verify the correct first-party account is linked. Please note that we currently do not have stats for Call of Duty Mobile.” Which is totally a lie because my account very much exists with stats. One star but wish I could give it less. I keep getting put in lobbies that are horribly mismatched. I just want to turn of sbmm because it ruins my ability to enjoy the game as I’m a casual player. I’m giving up on call of duty because it’s mediocre yearly subscription that only changes in negative ways. This is coming from a 11+ year fan. Screw activision and infinity ward for wasting my money once again

Great Concepts, Poor Follow Through
I was really excited about this app when I read all the new features the developers were adding in. However, the follow through is lacking to say the least.
Ops don’t track right. Only the Modern Warfare store is accessible and even that won’t load right 50% of the time. The “News” section is updated less than the games themselves, which is a HUGE disappointment considering all the things constantly going on with COD. It would be great to just check for new info in the app rather than having to check all the review sites to find out what’s going on.
Also, I enjoy watching league play on a regular basis when the season is going, but the last thing I give a crap about is what league gamers want for Christmas or what they did to celebrate their win. Hard to understand why they waste time having someone write that useless and uninteresting garbage when there are updates and in game trends that people actually WANT to read about.
Seems like they could make this app a lot more useful if they would quit using it to push unwanted product.

Worthless app
I downloaded this app to check the leaderboards since treyarch has done little to nothing to fix the leaderboards in game . Every time I try to see the leaderboards in zombies my game crashes and ultimately crashes my ps4. There is no way around other than unplugging my PlayStation to reset it . I’ve waited over and over for it to load in game and I get nothing. When I try to close app , it loads forever ultimately doing nothing. Cold War is ruining my PlayStation , and when you get this worthless app , you can’t even look at the leaderboards either . What a joke . Make your game and console crash in game , and this worthless app has no leaderboards either . This is why people still play war zone over the stupid bugs Cold War seems to have everyday . At least make your apps usable if the game won’t get fixed .

This app needs to be fixed
Although I find this app to be very intuitive, I have found 2 bugs that have been very aggravating to me as of late:
1. I cannot view my stats of my own profile.
This is, in my opinion, a very big problem. I know many people that use the app to try and track their stats, myself included. This app has a great function that allows people to check their recent stats and see their progress which I like. But how am I supposed to view my own progress if this app won’t let me? I have tried to login to the Activision website to allows my stats to be viewed by everyone, but it is a very temporary solution. This only works for around a few hours before I have to log back in to the website, and change my viewing again. I have to do this over and over just to view my stats? This is such an inconvenience that I don’t even want to use this app anymore until this problem is fixed.
2. I can’t even change my notifications and privacy settings.
It’s bad enough that I have to change my privacy settings just to view my stats, but why do I have to do that on the Activision website? Sure, the app will allow me to change my privacy settings every now and then, but for the most part, nothing pops up when I click it. And when I do have access to it, it still does not fix the first problem I addressed. Please fix this app so I can actually use it properly.

Greed. Black Ops is garbage. Or really should be it’s own separate game cause the game is too huge especially for console gaming. Ruins the already terrible lobby/load-in screens for warzone and also everything in multiplayer is separate and makes it confusing if you don’t purchase Black Ops. Other than that I like the app but it has some glitches. The squad tournaments are cool and you get to view more stats than before. Not sure if people receive the reactions from friends or not. Lastly, just make new map packs for multiplayer like the old titles used to do. I’d prefer that a lot. Like Wetworks or Overpass maybe...please.

So bad.. too much bug and support is slow
When we finish weekly tournament on 1st place every time we need to contact support on mail and give squad player information, or we dont get rewards.. last 2 times my squad dont get rewards for 1st place.. support team dont answer on my mail and we dong get rewards. When weekly tournament is battle royal kills calculator dont do your jobs. When i finish game with 9kills i dont get point on app scoreboard, and next time when i finish with 3kill then is correct, but next 3-4 match when i finish we got 0 points.. soo much bugs.. report is dont work, we cant report anything, last time player have 4000kills in batle royal in 3days??? And we cant report him becose report button is dont working.. and too much other bugs.. fix it if you want to someone give you maybe 2 or 3 star..
