Scam does not work

App does not work. The URL provided to create an account says “URL not found”. App Store says 3.6 stars out of five stars, but there is only one other review other than this one stating that it does not work and has a one star rating. I issued a refund request with Apple and it has been denied and I am trying to issue another refund request again. This is a complete scam and Apple does not seem like they want to help.
