3rd Time Trying app

I had a need for the 3rd time and purchased the weekly option due to previous issues with it not working. Every direction followed and looked ok, but when I went to listen and read the dictation neither method worked, so now the process of getting it cancelled. Either fix it, and sell something that works, or try your hand in business where one party influences another in some form of trade where the other party gets something for their exchange in money or agreement in value. It’s a novel business model that until AI takes it all over will have to do for now.

Problem App. Problem

Having made our way through the privacy policy, please no matter how well you think the app works for you or does not work. Please beware that this app collects a massive amount of information. Not just for the app but on your phone information will be presented to Apple USA, the App Store to reevaluate if this app should even be allowed and offered, I believe that it will not be

No customer support #

App stopped working after the first time using it. I cannot access the messages I recorded in order to download them and share with my sales team. That was the main reason I purchased the app. Not happy. I will be canceling and asking for a full refund, unless it is fixed today

Rip off

App calls an international number which surcharges u for calling as well. I downloaded the app and tried it for 5 min, had subscribed for the annual fee and when deleting and claiming refund. It got rejected. On top of that I got a £80 surcharge for the phone call, which is absurd. This should be illegal. You haven’t heard the end of this from me. Will find a way to file legal action.

Very basic and not worth the money

I used to use a free service to record phone calls and this service is no longer available. I tried this app and it is very rudimentary. There’s no way to edit the title of the recording. There’s no way to edit the transcript to fix typographical errors. I just downloaded the app this morning. I’m so disappointed with it that I plan to request a refund.

Useless

first of all the free trials, not free, unless you remember to go out and cancel it before three days.

Next, when you create a memo, the App Store typing all type of random phrases in the middle of your memo. So there's no way you can use this. Not only that, but if you don't cancel it in three days you may have pay for something that does not work at all. Period.

The phone number to contact them doesn't work. I sent an email. Hopefully I'll hear something back.
