Does NOT Work
The app could not even complete the test call to my phone to setup. Don't waste your time or the possibility of being charged by Apple for an app that does not work at all!!!
App not working
I downloaded the app and registered with mobile and email even bought unlimited recording but the app doesn't work. It can't even make the test call.
Please fix the issue or refund me at your earliest.

I started using this app in 2017 and it still works great. I haven’t used many other recording apps but this one has saved my recordings and is simple with out a bunch of nonsense or unnecessary features. Record the call and done. Not sure I’ve seen anything extra from other apps that I personally need. Give it a go.

Based on our experience, NoNotes who was once a great product with excellent tools and exceptional customer service. NoNotes is out of business. The company no longer supports the app, tools or replies to customers.
Run Away - Nonexistent Help
The app works great until there’s a problem and your recordings are inaccessible and no one will return your emails or calls for a week and you can’t do your work because no notes has ghosted you.
Terrible app and no customer service
Still doesn’t work. No response when you try to call for technical assistance. They just keep billing you and hold your prior recordings ransom. Not good business model.
Couldn’t get it to work after paying $9.99
I purchased this app about 30 minutes prior to an important call that I needed to record for work purposes. Based on a previous phone recording app I had used, I assumed this recording app also would be easy to use and have an instructional video or slide show. There was nothing like that I could find. After three failed practice calls, I couldn’t get it to work. And my account shows that I have a 35 minute recorded call, but when I click on it and try to play it, nothing happens. Extremely frustrating and disappointing and a waste of the $9.99 a month I paid for it. I have already canceled the subscription when it expires, and I’ll have to look for another call app service. Ugh!

NoNotes never works ~ stay away
I was an earlier adopter of NoNotes when it was a wonderful app tool with amazing features and wonderful custoner service.
In recent year, NoNotes never works and they never provide customer service. Call recordings are lost, not accessible and constant error messages. Calls cannot be connected, bad receiption and dropped calls are typical.
NoNotes is likely out of busy based on the fact nobody ever takes a customer's call or email.

Out of business?
App has worked wonderfully until just this week — similar to other users, my recordings are logged in the app but not retrievable and, when I call No Notes, every extension has the same message that agents are assisting other customers. Written messages have also gone unanswered. Do not use.

Recordings do not work, and there is Zero response from this Company!
Horrible (no) customer service for loyal customer
I can’t get anyone to call or email back with my request. My recording is coming up blank and I need help getting the call off No Notes’ server. It is a file for work I urgently need today. I have used the app for years and never had trouble with accessing a file and when I really need customer service desperately, there is no way to reach anyone. Completely disappointed. I have gotten immediate feedback from a free recording app; they even followed up to learn how they did. Help!!

Was unable to get this to open. Re installed a couple of times, no joy. It crashed every time on opening the app

App all of a sudden stopped working. It shuts down and won’t let me sign in. I have the latest operating system installed on my phone, so it’s not that.

Terrible app full of bugs and errors
Don’t waste your time to download this app. It is full of bugs and errors. It does not let you enter your country code and the ones that it uses are wrong. It does not let you edit your phone number and makes it impossible to use the app since your number is required to record the call.
