You know, I read the reviews and the dates they were posted. 5 of the 5 Star
reviews were posted on May 15, 2017.
Three 5 star reviews were posted “2 years ago.”
The one star reviews had varying post dates. There are no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews.
Hint; if you want to fake your buyer reviews, don’t stick to the same date, times and locations on the phony reviews.
Pray to your higher power that this app works and you’re not ripping people off.

Please remove welcome message...
only gripe - welome message played before recording begins is 2 seconds long. Can you please remove it entirely? Otherwise geat app performs all the time!

can listen to my calls in the app and the text shows up at the bottom of the screen! Seems to work reliably to date...no issues
Unlimitd is a good option
I do 2-3 recordings per day. Each about 30-40 minutes long. Am a paralegal - so the transcriptions are enormously helpful

Please add a feature whereby when I forget to merge calls, you detect it and alert me. This will avoid the blank calls I get when I forget to merge. Otherwise, awesome tool!!

Would be great if it worked like it was supposed to...
The trial period was silly. The app states that it allows 5 recordings prior to a required purchase. I only received 2 of those recordings. Once the trial limit was reached I suspected that by purchasing the 9.99 unlimited recording package (inaccurate price as I was also charged tax), I would receive what I had paid for. Not even close. I was charged but I did not receive the credit I purchased. Please remedy this error and credit my account. Since there is no link to customer or help services in the app itself, the only place to ask for this correction is here, in a review.

after 5 recordings you pay $10. So.... It's NOT FREE. Waste of time
Couldn't get it to work
I couldn't listen to my recording after I did the test. It said it takes a few minutes, but I waited a few hours and still couldn't listen to it. Then I made a few calls and they didn't record.

trivial to test/use
I didn’t have to purchase anything to do some trial recordings. Dialled a friend and merged with recorder. Everything else happened automatically as described in iTunes.
The competing app developers posting negative reviews should perhaps take a break - iTunes provides an easy refund mechanism. I have always got refunds from Apple for purchases I have disputed. Don’t see why its rocket science to some.

Horrible app
This doesn't work at all, don't waste your time. I just tried a couple of test calls and it isn't recording ANYTHING AT ALL. Good reviews must be completely fake.

recommend
test recordings were blank-then figured out the Mege Calls button usage. Now everything is a-ok. The help videos in the app are indeed short and helpful.
recordings and managing them works great!!
I get emails from the recorder service a few minutes after hanging up. I also started receiving notifications form the app when recordings were available. I normally downloaded them to my macbook-but noticed the link to soundcloud in the emails recently. It just takes one click form the email to send my audio files to soundcloud now. Manging my recordings has become so very easy.

Decided to buy full package
The initial trial calls pretty much convinced me this is a good package for recording calls. My business depends on this and cant afford to have flakey recorders mess this up. This one works great.

Worth the price
I waited and waited and waited for SOMEONE to add transcripts to my call recordings. Finally, this is a good beginning. I hope developer keeps working on this and other neat features (automatic emails, YES!!)
