False Advertising
It states this has a free trial for a month & will charge your $19.99 a year or monthly & upon downloading it I was charged immediately after I picked which subscription & free trial. States it will charge again for the same amount next month even with the year subscription. PLEASE fix this!!!

Exactly what I needed
I get tons of “ scam only” or prerecorded calls. This has worked perfectly for me! I can shut them off and not get overwhelmed by unwanted calls. I highly recommend .
Okay on boarding , but works as advertised
The onboarding was difficult, but getting past the subscription signup it worked as expected. Blocks unwanted calls similar to the Adblock model.

Call block works for those 800 numbers. There is a mini subscription fee so it doesn’t damage your wallet. In order to have the app function though, you must subscribe before you can mess around with it. No worries though since you get a free trial and can cancel anytime.

Does not work! I feel like I’ve received even more unwanted calls since I purchased this app.
App is amazing, but I’m having one issue
The app works just as advertised. Since I downloaded the app, I haven’t received any unwanted calls. The only problem is that I’m on call at my job. I have my job saved in my contacts. However, the app blocks my job from contacting me. It’s been twice so far where my job has tried to call me in to work, and weren’t able to get through. How can I get the app from blocking my employer?

This App is a MUST-HAVE!
Got this app today because I got tired of receiving all of these calls. I researched around a bit and decided on this app. It has great price, a nice UI, and a universal block list, meaning everyone can contribute to it. It’s a must have, and it blocks those calls perfectly so I don’t have to deal with them.
The functionality is great, the design is user-friendly, and it lets the whole community contribute to it. Great app overall.

CallBloch on iPhone
This app doesn’t work for me because I don’t get calls from 800 numbers or other long distance numbers. All my calls from prefixes that are shown as a local number so these calls aren’t blocked.
Very Useful and Effective
One of the best spam blocking apps I have used. Started with the trial version and loved it so much a subscribed to the monthly plan. It’s simple but very effective. Definitely an app worth trying. Highly recommended! The developer did a great job with this app.
Subscription service
Not that it is apparent until downloaded. No try before you buy, except if you sign up for the free trial and hence might end up charged. I don’t even know if it’ll be worth it, without giving payment details from the start!

March 2018: Sadly, this app is no longer as effective as it originally was. Currently receiving multiple spam calls a week, typically with spoofed numbers that change constantly.
Great Call Blocker
Great app that blocks all those annoying sales call. I swear I’m on every list in America. Not anymore, I can now relax knowing I have blocked all those calls. This should seriously come with every cell phone.
Try letting the calls through to see it working...
So, I had the app set to BLOCK but kept getting telemarketer calls and thought it wasn’t working. I recently set it to IDENTIFY to let the calls through but identify them and I realized it was stopping calls. Unfortunately, a lot still come through, but if this even stops just half of them, to me it’s worth the couple bucks a month to keep it.
To the company: the reason I didn’t go 5 stars is because you should be able to open the app and see that it’s blocked calls. Even if Apple won’t let the app know the number that was blocked, just knowing it stopped a call on XXX date/time would let us know it’s doing its job.

Stellar App !
As I am always getting calls from people I do not want to hear from , this app allows me to simply block them ! Very good app , highly recommend over similar applications. Simple interface and easy to browse .
