• Rehearsal categories are yours to name. Company, then Production settings, then Categories: rename any of them, give it a different colour, and choose whether it appears on the schedule, in notes, or on action items. Add your own for whatever your show actually does, such as a costume parade, flying or a photo shoot. The standard categories can be renamed and recoloured but not removed, and everything already tagged with one stays tagged. • A colour means the same thing everywhere. Blocking was violet on the schedule and gold in notes, and Music was blue in one place and green in another. There is one set of colours now, shared by the schedule, notes and action items. Files and videos keep their own categories. • The calendar is colour coded. A rehearsal takes its category's colour, so a week reads as a shape rather than a list of titles. An event in more than one category is filled with all of them, easing from one into the next, so a call that is choreography then music then band looks like it. • What you are called to is marked more plainly. A pale bar runs down the left edge of anything that is yours. • Filter the schedule. A filter row above the calendar carries one chip for each category your show actually uses, plus For me. Choose two categories to see both, and add For me to narrow either to your own calls. It works in List, Month, Week and Day. • Tapping a name opens that person. Their photo and contact details, the roles and parts they hold in this show, and the productions you have both been in. Bylines, mentions, Seen chips and the reactor list all lead to the same place. • Who reacted to a post can now be seen. The old list was a small box that clipped after a few names and could not be scrolled. It is a sheet now, with a tab for each reaction and rows you can tap. • Two people with the same first name stop being a guessing game. A name grows only as far as it has to inside your company, so a lone John stays John and two become John M. and John T. • Company is the company, and settings have a page of their own. Who is in the show, how to reach them, and the two ways of adding someone. Everything that configures the production sits behind Production settings at the foot of the page, and you only see the parts you can actually change. • The first week has a map. The setup card on Home now reads in the order the work happens: invite the company, put a rehearsal in the schedule, add the script or score, then break the show down. It keeps up as you go. • An empty list says where to start it. A callsheet needs a rehearsal in the schedule first, and props and wardrobe can only be arranged by character or scene once the cast list and breakdown exist. Each one now offers the route there, and only to the people who can do it. • Your part is on the call board. Someone joining a show with nothing yet scheduled now sees the part they are playing, and can open their own page for the show from it. • A mention you add later still reaches people. Editing a post or an announcement to name somebody now notifies them, the same as if they had been named when it went up. Only the people the edit newly reaches: anybody already told is not told again. The audience shown on an announcement keeps up with the edit too. • Fixed: searching for Callboard showed the bare web address as the result title instead of the name. • Fixed: the number on the app icon would not clear. It clears when you open Callboard now, and again if a notification arrives while you already have it open. • Fixed: backing out of Production Insights left the production altogether instead of returning to Company.
