Using this app at a convention
We are using this app to communicate messages and reminders to 10 temp personnel. App is working perfectly. I really like the fact that it is sending phone calls/voice message to the team.
Sending a text message is nowhere near as effective as sending an actual phone call, which is what this app does. Good customer service. Just spoke with them and they purchased this app two years ago. I see that reviews for more than two years ago are sometimes negative, but I would not let that stop you from giving this a try. $.99 per message is very reasonable. Will be using this app in the future.

Unable to validate
Callbot never called me for validation. I couldn’t enter any codes. idk it works or not because Callbit didn’t call me for validation. Something wrong with this app.
Perfect for one way messaging
Sometimes a phone call is nice, but a conversation isn’t. This is a nice tool to avoid convos while still passing on info.
Stupid
I need my money back!!!!!!! I placed 300 contacts and it took my money three times and didn’t place any of my calls. I need my money back or else I will report this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonky at best
Scheduled calls don’t happen. The command buttons - - I don’t know, I can be tapping and tapping wondering if there’s something wrong with my device and there is no educator discount. This app is in need of updating because if it were reliable every teacher would be in it. Been using this for over a year. To say this app needs updating is to be polite.

Used to work so well!
I used to use Callbot without any hassles. I just attempted to send out a message without success.
I can get all the way through (selecting the group) and try to call them. I would get a message saying I need to allow the microphone access. When going in the settings, Callbot isn’t listed.
My guess is the formate is old and needs updated to the newest phones. Please fix!

Amazing App with one major Flaw
The App is amazing as it does the job of calling 100 s of people and leaving a message. Incredible. One major flaw
You must spend time one by one adding your contacts. It has no way on the iphone to check off a list as you go forward adding. After all that hard work of adding your list, it also gives you no way to save your list or download it for later in case of getting a new phone or app crash. So if you get a new phone your list is gone unless you save your entire phone with all apps with Itunes which in many cases it is unlikely that it should work well again.
Recommendation to app
Please make a way to save lists so we can reload to app again in case of loss
Also the app crashes after every 3 or 4 names you add and if you don’t press save you will have to start over
Please fix these bugs and issues.

Looks good but
I scheduled a call for the wrong time. There doesn’t seem to be a way to change the time after the call has been scheduled. I deleted the group and the number but the call is still scheduled. I wonder if it will be placed anyway.
I guessing it worked perfectly great?!
It said automated call from me was successful, but I didn’t hear the actual call. I guess I have to just trust the app developers? With that being said, I watched the developers video on the web side and he did a demo. That gave me a lot of reassurance. All in all I think the app is awesome!!!
Lost my money
I have used this app for over a year. In November 7 2017 I was charged $30 for calls that were never sent. I was told apple would refund me. December I was told that I would receive a refund. I have never received a refund and they won’t reply to my emails. This is not how you should treat your customers.

Excellent Product and Customer Service
I first heard about the app from a colleague of mine (we're both teachers) who uses it to send out mass phone calls to parents for various reasons. It is a major time saver any time you need to quickly disseminate information to many people and don't have the time for a conversation with each person. The app helps out especially with contacting those who do not check their emails regularly or do not have email. My fiancé and I just recently used it to send out information to everyone on our wedding list (over 150 people), and it saved me so much time (more so with those extra loving aunts who enjoy a lengthy conversation just for fun).
There was a time when I had a problem with using Callbot, but my email was quickly responded to, and the issue was quickly resolved. The customer service was fantastic, and the creator/developer/owner was excellent, and he even asked me to call him to receive more help. He is very involved and considerate, and he really cares about his product, so don't be shy in asking for help if you need it!
