Just purchased & am requesting a refund.

I just purchased this app and feel like it was a waste of time and money. The main menu has 4 submenus:. Skip to course now, course notes, favorite places, around you, audiobook, and e-book (the last two require additional money.

When I try to access and of the first 4 menus, I receive this message each time:. "Sorry

This video does not exist."

Please refund my money.

Videos will not open

I purchased the membership for this app, and none of the videos will open. I have downloaded the video service that was requested to open to view the videos, and still no videos will load. It just spins. This is a complete scam. I need this to be fixed or Please refund my money.
