APP non funziona su dispositivo 1760/16

Dopo aver configurato l’APP non viene visualizzato il tasto “telecamere”, quando suonano al citofono, sul mio cellulare IPHONE 14, esce soltanto una popup che avvisa della chiamata in corso. La suoneria del telefono non funziona. Tutte le impostazioni del cellulare sono attive e corrette. Posso rispondere alla chiamata, il video è l’audio tutto ok. Ciò avviene però in modalità TEST. Se clicco sull’apposito pulsante per completare il test l’APP mi rimanda alla schermata iniziale e la configurazione viene persa. Infatti se suonano al citofono il telefono non riceve alcuna comunicazione.
Sono deluso.
