Calls, Meetings 1on1: TALKTIME

TalkTime has strengthened the complete Owner journey: prepare a meeting, suggest a better time, follow replies, and measure the time actually saved. This update brings those improvements together in a smoother flow from the invitation to the final summary. When setting up a meeting, Owners can find contacts more easily and select one or more Guests directly from the list. Tapping a photo, name, or selection indicator adds or removes a Guest without starting a call. Search returns to the first relevant result as you type, making it faster to add participants even in a long contact list. Scheduling is now genuinely interactive for Guests. The timeline shows the meeting time, available Gaps, pending requests, and the time remaining before the meeting. Guests can move their meeting on the timeline, choose a precise time, and send a request to the Owner. A dedicated action also lets them request the first available Gap directly. The Owner keeps the final say, while the Guest can see more clearly whether a request is pending, accepted, or replaced by a new time. Meeting updates are more reliable throughout the session. Requests received while the app is in the background are handled faster, and returning to the app restores the meeting state more accurately. Time changes, Owner replies, and Gap notifications stay consistent after the app is put away, closed, or opened again. Messages intended for the Owner remain quiet while the schedule continues to update. When a meeting ends, the summary leads with the waiting time saved. Meeting history keeps results and averages available for comparison across sessions. Shortened durations, resumed schedules, and canceled meetings are handled more accurately so the result reflects what actually happened. Your custom invitation, meeting, and back-to-back messages remain saved after a cold start, closing the app, or installing an update. You can keep your own instructions and wording without rewriting them. Meeting links are also recovered more reliably after installation or when reopening an invitation. The Guest experience after a meeting ends is more dependable: screens no longer remain blank or show stale information, the displayed time stays consistent, and the buttons to keep a subscription or unsubscribe are available again. Premium plan details are preserved more reliably on narrow iPad layouts, with clearer information about the Owner uses remaining during a trial. Starting an Owner meeting now gives clearer feedback, and the end result appears on a full screen so you can immediately see whether the meeting started, whether it was shortened, and how much time was saved. When a meeting is interrupted and resumed, its useful duration and Guest state are preserved more accurately instead of falling back to an outdated time. Gap and meeting-change notifications are more dependable. Guests can keep the alerts they need or turn them off with clear feedback, without receiving the same request repeatedly. Updates received during another conversation or call no longer silently replace the correct screen. The timeline now keeps precise hour labels for the meeting, the first Gap, the selected time, and the waiting state. A meeting in progress remains visible in the right place, and the selected time is not lost when another update arrives. This makes it easier for an Owner to decide whether moving one meeting can release time before the next one. Trial and Premium meeting flows are also clearer. The app explains the remaining Owner uses, keeps Meetings at the right point in the Premium journey, and shows the offer after the final trial meeting summary instead of interrupting the result first. This update also includes stability improvements, better contact search, more reliable recovery after interruptions, and improved persistence for the selected end-of-call music.
