Please fix ASAP!?!
1 out of 40 login attempts will actually make it past the login screen. After logging in and getting to the “home” screen, that 1 time out of 40, it immediately freezes up. From the 2 times I’ve managed to get to the “home” screen, it looked cool, but that’s the only positive comment I can make about it. I’d really like to see, what the positive reviews are able to see, with this app. I wanted to see how popular the system is in my local area, both commercially and privately, before I even bothered to seriously consider dropping $400 on one of their BRX guns. Please fix ASAP!?!?!

2022 starting off well
CallSign got a much needed update. Players join A LOT faster now. Used to take 1-2 mins for a player to join a game now 10-20 seconds.
Also you can modify every setting from game time to weapon pick ups. We had no disconnects during our matches so it was fun to play with the app to add another level of gameplay to the BRX.
Another nice update was that we can now use our respawn QR codes with the app. Before this you always respawned in 10 seconds. Now you can adjust this time or force the players to run to the red or blue respawn QR code.
4 stars because the new game mode isn’t perfect yet. The shrinking map is a cool concept but we found you basically touch your phone screen to keep yourself in the safe zone. It doesn’t matter where you physically run to except to find cover or chase an opponent.

Poor user interface, Unable to get it to work
Ultimately we ended up using our new BRX guns without this app because the app experience was so poor. We were never able to reliably host a game and have the other three join it, which seems like something they should’ve gotten figured out by now.
Syncing rarely works
I want to love this game so bad. We have eight of the BRX guns even put on our own sights and scopes put on. But the connectivity with our phones is so trash. It’s super spotty and virtually impossible to connect our phones and start games. There are no alert menus or feedback when something has happened so it’s really tough to get any feedback. I feel like these are simple fixes but in the 9 months we’ve had them it’s been the same (although there was a time when we were able to get 4 out of 5 games started but lately we’re back to none).
I think part of this is a UX issue but also fundamentally an issue with the app itself.
